Daniel Boudreaux,

Daniel Boudreaux graduated from McNeese State University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing before working for more than a decade in Critical Care in both ICU and ED. Daniel was named as an ED Director and served on hospital Leadership Exec and Strategic Planning committees while working towards completion of graduate studies.
Daniel received his Master’s in Healthcare Administration shortly before taking his leadership experience to large Onsite Healthcare Company where he was hired as a Director of Client Operations. In this role, he served as Director of Coushatta’s onsite health center, managing both day-day operations in the health center as well as executive duties of client and contractual obligations.
He was recognized for his strategic-minded tactics for dealing with ever-changing employee patient populations and rising health care cost in 2016-2017 and 2017-2018. In 2016, Daniel was also elected as member of a hospital Advisory Board where he continues to serve. Daniel’s forward-thinking approach continues to impact both positive patient outcomes and cost savings for his client.

Dr. Nicholas Heinen,
President/Co-Founder
Dr. Nicholas Heinen graduated from New Orleans School of Medicine in 2009. After completing residency in Family Medicine, he became Medical Director of Coushatta Casino Resort’s Family Medical Center, where he continues to serve today. Over the last decade, Dr. Heinen has successfully founded several healthcare companies including, Chronic Disease Solutions, Tobacco Cessation Programs, Rural Health Clinics, Occupational Health Services, among others.
He has worked within multiple healthcare disciplines comprising of correctional healthcare, long-term acute care, family practice and population health management. In 2015, Dr. Heinen served as an advisory member of the BCBS Quality Blue Program.
He finds his passion in developing his own innovative and motivational techniques to encourage a highly engaged and healthy workforce. His advanced population health models have proven to save employers 20-40% on their healthcare spend while improving patient access and outcomes.
